While we don’t directly facilitate business setup services, we can connect you with a network of experienced professionals who can provide comprehensive guidance and support. Our in-house government relations team can also offer valuable insights and assistance throughout the process.

What are your Membership Options?

We offer flexible membership plans tailored to your specific needs. You can choose from daily, monthly, and yearly options, depending on the type of workspace solutuion you select.

Yes, members gain access to exclusive community benefits such as priority event registration, introductions to potential business collaborators, exclusive resources, having a flexible & positive workspace, professional networking, and more!

Yes. If you need to terminate your membership early, we can discuss your options, which may include a notice period or cancellation fees depending on your contract.

Yes, as part of the Workinton franchise, you can access our coworking spaces in certain locations in Turkey. Simply inform us in advance of your travel plans, and we’ll assist you with the necessary arrangements.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer a membership pause option for those who are traveling abroad.

Facility

How is your internet and IT infrastructure?

We provide high-speed internet from trusted internet service providers to ensure reliable connectivity. Our secure IT infrastructure guarantees a seamless and uninterrupted work experience.

All our facilities is equipped with 24/7 CCTV surveillance and controlled access points. Additionally, a 24/7 security personnel are assigned and stationed on the entrance of the property.

Meeting Rooms

Can I access the Meeting Room if I am not a WorkinMember?
Yes, our Meeting Rooms are available for non-members. Please check our reception to know more.

Serviced Office

What is a Serviced Office?
It is an office that is fully equipped and managed by us that is located inside our coworking spaces.

Aside from our default furniture, you are welcome to customize your furniture.

Flexibility, easy scaling up or downsizing. Cost-effectiveness, no upfront capital expenditures and all utilities included. Reduces administrative burdens such as, maintentance & IT support, and access to collaborative work spaces.

Absolutely! You have the flexibility to fully customize your office interior. However, please note that customization costs will be your responsibility.

Suites

What is Suites?
Suites is our office product that is bigger and dedicated to you and your team. It has a maximum capacity of 15 people together with a provisioned room that you can utilize as a manager’s office or a meeting room.

Aside from our default furniture, you are welcome to customize your furniture.

Absolutely! You have the flexibility to fully customize your office interior. However, please note that customization costs will be your responsibility.

Enterprise

What is Enteprise?
A one-stop-solution specifically designed for large organizations. These solutions are tailored from planning, design, execution, and after project completion.

The process begins with a consultation to understand your organization’s specific needs and goals. Based on this, we will tailor a workspace solution that aligns with your requirements. Once the plan is finalized, depending on the complexity of the project, we will provide a timeline for setup and customization. Throughout the process, our team will ensure smooth execution and support.

Since we are under the Alfardan Properties’ umbrella, our locations are situated in premium towers across Doha. These strategic locations offer easy access and a professional environment, providing the ideal setting for your team’s success. You can choose from a range of spaces within these iconic buildings, tailored to meet the specific needs of your organization.

Coworking Space

What is a coworking space?
A shared office environment where individuals and businesses rent desks or private offices. It often includes amenities like high-speed internet, meeting rooms, shared space, and cafe.

Every coworking branch we have a Phone booth or a Focus zone.

Yes, we do have private lockers where you can store your belongings if you wish to leave them for next day. However, there are certain rates and subscriptions for such add-on.
