Join us on the World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development (May 21st) as we convene the International Artists of Doha at Workinton M7 between 6:30-8:30pm.
Cultural diversity is an important driver for development and according to the United Nations, this is not only with respect to economic growth, but also as a means of leading a more fulfilling intellectual, emotional, moral, and spiritual lives.
This day offers an opportunity to help our community further understand the value of cultural diversity and how to coexist peacefully. The International Artists group in Doha will take this chance to highlight the goals of UNESCO’s convention on the protection and promotion of cultural diversity expressions, given that the group is a perfect example of cultural diversity, with artists from all different cultural backgrounds.
The day will be celebrated through ultimate and diverse creative expression through fine arts.
