WorkinLife is proud to present Dr. Shetha Faraj–the daughter of the Iraqi pioneer artist Faraj Abbo Al Numan. She is an award-winning artist whose rich cultural background became the aspiration for her artwork, and is a foundation for her desire to record the legacy, culture, heritage and social traditions of her homeland, Iraq and Armenia.
As a viewer of her work, you will find the designer touch in it explicit as it effectively distinguishes her art. There is clear management of the background and foreground with expertly used overlapping curves and circles that unite the main figure in a symbolic approach. By the end of your visit, you should expect to have experienced a splendid narration of Armenian and Iraqi/Baghdadi life through art.
This exhibition is open from 23rd February at Workinton West Bay at Burj Al Gasser.
